1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Horizon Health China platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Horizon Health China acts as a medical tourism facilitator and does not provide direct medical treatment. All medical services are delivered by independent, licensed healthcare providers within accredited hospitals. Treatment outcomes are subject to individual patient conditions and cannot be guaranteed.

3. Service Scope

Our services include, but are not limited to: medical case coordination, specialist referrals, travel logistics, hospital appointment scheduling, translation services, and post-treatment follow-up coordination. Specific service availability may vary based on hospital and specialist schedules.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

All hospital fees are pre-negotiated and disclosed before treatment begins. Service coordination fees are non-refundable once hospital appointments have been scheduled. Refunds for cancelled treatments are subject to hospital cancellation policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

Horizon Health China shall not be held liable for medical outcomes, travel disruptions, visa denials, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the coordination service fees paid.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Beijing.
